Q. What makes your service different from any other cleaning service?

A. We use only non-toxic, biodegradeable, environmentally friendly cleaning products. We infuse an essential oil while we clean, your choice of 6 different fragrances, to help invigorate your senses. All of these essential oils have healing benefits. We customize all cleanings, because all of our clients are unique and deserve their own unique cleaning. And at the end of our job, we leave you with an inspirational thought until the next time we see you.

Q. What are your rates?

A. Our rates for a Traditional Cleaning is $60/hr with two team cleaners, plus 7% sales tax. Please feel free to check out “our services” on the home page for more detail regarding all the types of cleanings we offer.

Q. What types of products do you use and where do you purchase them?

A. President Jennifer Mortarulo has researched the current product line for three years prior to launching the business. She believes it will be an element of the business that will continually evolve as more and more products become available. Currently we are utilizing brands such as Bon Ami, Caldrea, Holy Cow, and Ecover. We purchase these products through various distributors.

Q. What type of lead time do I need to give when booking an appointment?

A. Lead times will vary depending on the volume of clients that Clean Green Co is servicing. Currently we are booking two weeks in advance. As our volume increases we will do our best to add more qualified cleaners to our staff to better serve our clients.

Q. Can I have the same cleaners if I use your service on a regular basis?

A. That is an ideal senario and we here at Clean Green Co do our best to make that happen for clients who have standings. We understand it is comforting to have the same people in your home, however, substitute team cleaners will be needed when other team cleaners are ill or on holiday.

Q. Are you insured and bonded?

A. Yes. We are fully insured in case of breakage as well as bonded in case of theft.

Q. How do I give feedback to Clean Green Co?

A. We love to hear from our clients, it helps us evolve and grow and become better for you! So please contact us via email with any and all feedback. Our main goal is our client’s satisfaction with our service.

Q. What type of training does your staff receive?

A. Clean Green Co requires all new employees to be trained in properly using our green products. We also train our employees on basic how to clean tasks, such as looking for dirt, rather than working a check list. This process is thorough and lasts 3 days, this ensures that you will be getting a qualified, courteous, and trustworthy cleaner.

Q. Do I have to be home when Clean Green Co is cleaning?

A. No. It is not necessary for you to be home, however, the choice is yours. During our consultation we will coordinate a method of entering and exiting your home safely.

Q. We have pets, is that a problem?

A. No. We simply ask that all pets be properly contained during all cleanings.

Q. How do I pay?

A. We collect payment at the end of each cleaning. We accept cash or check. If you have a bill pay system set up through your bank, we ask that you make certain the check arrives the day of your cleaning.

Q. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

A. Yes. Yes. Yes. We include these discounts and promotions on our bi-weekly newsletter. We also run specials for our existing clients. We believe if we keep our clients happy they will remain our clients.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Q. Do your employees have uniforms?

A. Yes. We wear Clean Green Co Team short sleeved polo shirts, with khaki pants and sneakers.

Q. What if I have special needs for each cleaning?

A. Then you are the perfect client for us. We customize cleanings according to our client’s needs. On our initial consult we will go over your needs and if they change from cleaning to cleaning, we ask that you contact us via email to inform us of the change.
