Relocation Cleaning
$70/hr + 7% state sales tax
Minimum of 4 hours for average size home
Minimum of 2 house cleaners
Each additional cleaner $35

Relocation Cleanings are typically booked by Realtors and Home Owners. Homes are empty and we clean the home empty, prior to move-in or after move-out. We will customize to your needs!

All Rooms:

• Dust baseboards, window and door moldings, light fixtures.
• Wipe down baseboards, window and door moldings, sills.
• Vacuum/mop/wood treat all floors, carpets, rugs and stairs.
• Clean glass surfaces.
• Wipe down all interior cabinetry/drawers(built ins).

Bathrooms:

• Scrub clean showers, tubs, and sinks inside and out.
• Scrub clean toilet, including bowl, seat, lid, tank and base.
• Clean, dry and shine all mirrors, chrome, and tile.
• Wipe down cabinetry and drawers inside and out.

Kitchens:

• Scrub clean stove range, inside and outside of refrigerator, oven, toaster and microwave.
• Clean, dry and polish all appliance surfaces.
• Scrub clean and dry sinks.
• Wipe clean all cabinetry and drawers inside and out.
• Wipe clean all countertops and buff them dry.

Laundry Room:

• Wipe and shine machines.
